JOHN, my campaign’s end-of-year deadline is coming up in a few days and we haven’t met our goal, so I have to ask for your financial support in these final days of the year. But first, let me explain why I have to ask (if you don’t need to read more, you can click here to give).

I ask because there’s so much work to be done in this country, and it’s not going to happen with Republican extremists like my opponent, unelected Ashley Moody, in the Senate. Far-right lawmakers have crammed extreme legislation down our throats and taken total control over our government.

I ask because this Senate campaign is extremely expensive. Trump and the GOP are willing to stop at nothing to make sure I don’t win this seat. Moody is Trump’s handpicked Senator, and he can count on her to do his bidding in the Senate. They see me as a threat, and they are ready to pour millions into this race to shut me up.
