First of all, federal law wouldn’t even allow that. But really, I know the majority of people reading this email can’t afford to donate that much at one time. Totally valid!
You know who can afford to funnel boatloads of cash into our elections, though?
Corporate PACs, AIPAC, and MAGA billionaires.
They’ve done it before, and they’ll definitely do it again. They’re why so many politicians in D.C. act weird when it comes to supporting policies like Medicare for All — they’ve got mega donors in their pocket telling them not to!
Abdul is different. He’s the only candidate in this race who’s never taken corporate PAC or AIPAC money, and never will.
That means Abdul’s stances won’t change depending on pressure from wealthy donors behind closed doors.
That also means instead of relying on a couple of massive checks, we are counting on folks like you to pitch in. And here’s the part that really matters:
