This is what our maps could look like if the Supreme Court sides with Republicans and OVERTURNS the Voting Rights Act. More than half of the U.S.’s Black population could be STRIPPED of the right to vote in a heartbeat! We need a WAVE of grassroots pressure to help fight back! So we've dropped the amount we're asking for to just $3 — it's THAT important for us to have AS MANY grassroots supporters involved in the fight to protect voting rights.
If the Supreme Court weakens the Voting Rights Act AGAIN, Republicans will kick their voter suppression schemes into OVERDRIVE. GOP-held states are already heeding Trump’s call to rig their maps, and nearly 25 CBC members are at risk of losing their districts! We’re the experts at mobilizing Black voters, but our donations to boost Black voter turnout took a NOSEDIVE at the worst possible time!
If Democrats don’t take this seriously and act with fierce urgency now, we will let the GOP continue to ERODE Black political power! When Black Americans vote, Democrats win. We owe most of our Democratic success over the last few years to Black voters.
