All created by brave Americans who are no longer here to defend them...

They paid the mortgage with their sweat, and often, with their blood.

We have enjoyed the comfort of that house for a long time. But we have forgotten a simple truth:

Freedom is not a one-time purchase.

It is a subscription.

Today, the bill has come to us.

It isn't asking for our lives on a battlefield, but it is asking for our attention, our courage, and our resources to stop the decay of our institutions.

The bill is due, Patriot.

We cannot pass it on to our children unpaid.
