A short while ago, Judicial Watch sued CALIFORNIA to BLOCK liberal
GOVERNOR NEWSOM’S mandate requiring every county in the state to
enact “ALL MAIL-IN VOTING”_FOR ALL REGISTERED VOTERS (EVEN THOSE
LISTED AS INACTIVE) IN ADVANCE OF THIS NOVEMBER’S GENERAL ELECTION_.

JUDICIAL WATCH TOOK THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR AND THE STATE TO COURT
BECAUSE CALIFORNIA LAW AND THE U.S. CONSTITUTION PROHIBIT THE GOVERNOR
FROM MAILING BALLOTS BLINDLY TO EVERY REGISTERED VOTER IN THE STATE.

IT ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY RAISED THE RISK OF ELECTION DAY CHAOS AND
FRAUD.

That’s why when we took legal action we viewed this as one of the
most important lawsuits on our docket…_because the Left sees mail-in
voting schemes to exploit COVID-19 as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity
to sweep away the current electoral system and replace it with
national vote-by-mail option_!

Now I have great news…

_UNDER PRESSURE FROM OUR LAWSUIT, THE LAW WAS JUST CHANGED AND THE
GOVERNOR’S ORDER MODIFIED SO THAT ONLY ACTIVE REGISTERED VOTERS WILL
RECEIVE BALLOTS IN THE MAIL._ This will dramatically reduce the number
of ballots mailed and opportunities for massive voter fraud and chaos
this November! We only ended our lawsuit after receiving official
confirmation that only living, eligible voters would receive ballots.

“ALL MAIL-IN VOTING,” HAS NOW RISEN TO THE TOP OF THE LEFT’S
CORRUPT SCHEMES OF USING COVID-19 AS AN EXCUSE TO FLOOD THE MAIL IN
AMERICA WITH MILLIONS OF UNREQUESTED, LIVE BALLOTS THAT WOULD OPEN THE
DOOR WIDE TO THE POTENTIAL FOR VOTER FRAUD ON A GRAND SCALE THIS
NOVEMBER.

In our CALIFORNIA lawsuit, we represented a group of California
voters…Democrats,Republicans and independents…who objected to this
enormous executive overreach by Governor Newsom (and naked attempt to
set up the conditions to steal the 2020 elections).

Here’s what is at stake not only in CALIFORNIA but in many states
across the country:

CYNICAL EFFORTS BY THE LEFT ATTEMPTING TO EXPLOIT THE COVID-19 VIRUS
AND EXPAND MAIL-IN VOTING MAY HAVE A DIRECT AND DECISIVE IMPACT ON THE
VALIDITY OF THE OUTCOME OF THE 2020 ELECTIONS…NATIONWIDE.

That is why it is of vital importance that Judicial Watch has all the
resources we need to respond to these state-wide challenges that
threaten to undermine honest elections this year.

This year, the organized Left, funded by Soros-backed groups, is
pushing to corrupt the integrity of our elections for their benefit on
a variety of fronts. Besides “all mail-in voting,” they’re
pushing for “ballot harvesting,” same-day voter registration,
abolishing Voter ID requirements and even the Electoral College
itself! That is quite a wish list.

Clearly, the Left believes that dishonest elections work to their
benefit.

OF ALL, AS IT UNLEASHES MILLIONS OF UNREQUESTED BALLOTS INTO THE U.S.
MAIL STREAM!
