Earlier this week I wrote to say that Children’s Health Defense is helping two women sue the federal agency that denies COVID vaccine–injured Americans access to compensation.

Here’s the bottom line:

The government told Americans the shots were “safe and effective.”

Many complied—voluntarily or through coercion.

When they were injured, the government closed the door.

Under the PREP Act, vaccine makers and administrators are shielded from lawsuits. The compensation program that was supposed to help the injured, the CICP, rejects most claims before they’re even heard.

That’s what happened to these two women.

Despite suffering from serious, life-altering conditions, they were told their injuries weren’t “serious enough” to qualify. No hearing. No appeal. No remedy.

CHD is now challenging this system in court, for these two women and for the countless others who are being denied justice.

This may be one of the most important lawsuits we’ve ever funded.
