Friend,
Formulated by President James Monroe's Secretary of State John
Quincy Adams and revived by the likes of James Blaine and President
Franklin Roosevelt, the actual "Monroe Doctrine" had only one historic
intention: to insist that all of the countries of the Americas be
guaranteed the right to develop their nations and economies free from
colonial exploitation or control. The false, bastardized "corollary"
of this otherwise anti-imperial American foreign policy by
"Anglo-Saxon race patriot" Theodore Roosevelt, and by corrupt elements
of the United States State Department today have quite the opposite
intention.
Tonight I will be joined by The LaRouche Organization history
editor Christopher Sare and EIR historical researcher Richard Freeman
to detail the true Monroe Doctrine and how it would actually be
implemented today.
