John,
Congress has taken a consequential step toward accountability. Articles of impeachment have now been formally introduced against Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Secretary of Health and Human Services, for conduct that has directly endangered public health. A cabinet official who amplifies medical falsehoods, erodes confidence in disease prevention, and disregards scientific consensus cannot credibly remain responsible for protecting the nation’s health.
The articles, introduced by Rep. Haley Stevens, accuse Kennedy of abusing his authority by promoting conspiracy theories, dismissing established science, cutting critical cancer research, and advancing baseless claims about vaccines and common medications. These actions violate his oath of office and place families -- especially children -- at heightened risk.
This assessment is not confined to partisan critics: a coalition of 14 Nobel laureates and leading scientists, including 10 recent Nobel Prize winners in medicine, physiology, or chemistry, has publicly endorsed the impeachment effort, praising the articles as a necessary response to a mounting public health emergency.
The urgency is unmistakable.

Send a direct message to demand Congress move forward with impeachment proceedings now, and remove RFK Jr. before his mismanagement inflicts even greater harm on children, families, and the nation’s public health.
The United States is in a public health emergency as deadly measles cases are on the rise and vaccination rates fall. Children are exposed to preventable life-threatening illnesses, parents are forced to navigate misinformation, and communities face potential widespread outbreaks -- all while the nation’s top health official keeps sending mixed, erratic signals about vaccines and prevention.
As HHS secretary, Kennedy has frequently repeated long-debunked claims linking vaccines to autism. He also oversaw the removal of the hepatitis B vaccine at birth from the list of federally guaranteed immunizations, placing newborns at unnecessary risk and severely weakening the nation’s vaccine protections. These decisions determine whether children are protected or exposed.
We can’t just watch while decades of medical progress are dismantled. Impeachment has become a necessary step to defend health, science, and the future of families.
Momentum is building, but impeachment will only happen if we press Congress to see it through. Without sustained public pressure, proceedings could stall even as outbreaks worsen and trust in vaccines continues to erode.
Delay is not neutral. It carries a cost measured in illness, fear, and preventable death. Tell Congress to move forward with impeachment proceedings against RFK Jr. now!
Thank you for taking seriously the need to address this crisis in public health.
