We are entering the final stretch of the year of the
snake. This is the moment you’ve been waiting and working for. It
is the final shedding before renewal.
This year has shown us where we were living out of habit instead
of truth, where we were playing small instead of being seen. It
has invited us to break with beliefs that were never
ours and versions of ourselves that were shaped by someone else’s
ideas and expectations. What remains are the oldest, most
resistant stories.
This final stretch is the skin coming loose, the last layer
releasing its hold. Here are 10 questions to guide us through
this final phase of the snake's cycle:
* What am I outgrowing that is ready (or not ready :) to be made
compost?
* Where am I resisting letting go? What does that reveal?
* Which identities, roles, relationships do I need to lay to
rest?
* What/who needs to be finally forgiven for me to be truly free?
* What has my body revealed during this season of shedding?
* What parts of myself are emerging more clear and courageous?
* What stories am I ready to release and re-write?
* What qualities of myself or my life do I choose to nurture in
this next phase?
* What parts of my are yearning to be expressed in new and
different ways?
* How will I know I am living in alignment and integrity (how
will it feel?)

your wildest dreams.
