ICE is planning to build and manage large warehouses to hold over 80,000 detainees, according to the Washington Post. One of those facilities is being planned in my district, in Merrimack, New Hampshire. 

MAGA is proudly calling these warehouses “like Amazon Prime, but for people.”

Our community will not allow a mass detention camp in our backyard. I am standing shoulder to shoulder with local leaders and advocates, and I will do everything I can to stop this dehumanizing project.

I won’t stand by and watch as ICE neglects and abuses detainees and commits appalling human rights abuses to please Stephen Miller or Kristi Noem. They know that when Americans stand together, their agenda fails. That is why they are racing to do as much as they can before people can stop them.

I am a first generation Mexican-American, a servicemember, and a human rights attorney running for Congress in one of the closest districts in the country. And I need your help.

From the moment I launched my campaign, MAGA has had me in their crosshairs. They know that my background as a first-generation son of immigrants who has served in uniform and who has devoted my life to human rights is a threat to everything they stand for.
