John, as we close out the year, I've been thinking a lot about what it means to show up for one another.
Before I go any further, I want to pause quickly to ask you to make your 2X-matched year-end gift to Brady today — to help power this movement
to end gun violence and build a safer future for us all.
This year wasn't easy. We saw more families shattered by gun violence. We saw lawmakers stall when we needed action. We saw moments that broke our hearts. But we also saw something remarkable: We saw a community that refused to give up.
We saw survivors, advocates, parents, veterans, teachers, students — people from all walks of life — come together and demand change. We saw organizers in towns big and small take action. We saw hope. We created hope.
And that is why I believe so deeply in Brady. This is a movement built on care. On courage. On the belief that we owe our kids more than "thoughts and prayers." We owe them a country where they can grow up safe.
Brady is kicking off their critical year-end push, and generous supporters have stepped up to 2X-match every gift — up to $150,000 — to fuel the fights ahead. It's a chance to start the new year strong, aligned, and ready.
I hope you'll consider making a gift, not out of urgency or fear, but out of hope for what's possible when we stand together.
Thank you for being a part of this. Thank you for refusing to look away. And thank you for believing that this country can be safer — and that we can help build it.
