James Carville

Listen up, John: We have to get serious about Texas.

If you want a Democratic Senate majority, then you need to care about this race.

You know I’m not one for BS. The cold hard truth is, if anyone can flip Texas, it’s James Talarico.

But not if we fail to support him. Please, before his FEC deadline, contribute $5 or whatever you can to his campaign. This is make-or-break.

I’ve worked on tough races — big wins and devastating defeats — for over 50 years. I know what it takes to win in “red states” where people think you can’t elect a Democrat.

Let me say loud and clear: James has what it takes. He’s one of Democrats’ best fighters and communicators — and most importantly, he knows how to WIN.

His message breaks through, and he delivers results — just like he did when he capped insulin co-pays and lowered housing costs in the Texas legislature.

But super PACs will spend UNGODLY sums — hundreds of millions — to defeat James and take Texas off the map for Democrats. Unless we do all we can before the FEC deadline, we’re handing this seat straight to a corrupt MAGA politician and the Senate majority to national Republicans.

What happens now is up to you. Ask yourself: Do you care about Texas? About the Senate majority?

If the answer is yes, then James needs you to give $5 or whatever you can before the FEC deadline. This is the most important moment of his campaign so far. When James reports his fundraising numbers, we want it to be absolutely clear that the people are with him and ready to win this race.

If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your contribution instantly.

Don’t sleep on Texas. We’ve seen the South deliver for Democrats over and over — but only when folks like us got off the sidelines.
