 I’m nothing to write home about. My daddy worked long hours to put food on the table. We didn’t have much but we had each other. I grew up playing baseball in a small town where no one really locked their doors at night. I went to the University of Georgia to make something of my life and started a small business as a pharmacist that grew and grew. Decades later, I’m still that same gritty, work-until-the-job-gets-done kinda guy from humble beginnings. I shoot guns. I fish out on the lake. And I go to church on Sundays.  None of that changes now that I’m officially running for US Senate in my home state of Georgia. You see, I am the exact opposite of our sitting Democrat Senator, Jon Ossoff. He grew up going to a fancy private school in the suburbs of Atlanta that cost a king’s ransom. He doesn’t give a hoot about the values you and I hold dear. He was born with a silver spoon up his ass! Can you please kick in a few bucks? It’d go a long way now that we’re closing in on my End-of-Quarter fundraising deadline. But make no mistake – I am the underdog in this race. Yes, President Trump won the state. Yes, we have a Republican Governor. And yes, this race is winnable. Unfortunately, Jon Ossoff is the #1 biggest Senate fundraiser this year. Politico wrote, “Ossoff ran circles around the other vulnerable Senate incumbents, raising $11.2 million last quarter.” No surprise that money, once again, is no obstacle for Jon Ossoff. He is raising all the cash he needs to bury me and the President in fake news attack ads. That is, unless good folks like you dig deep and help us destroy his path to re-election. This is a make-or-break deadline. I’m really counting on you!
