COVID-19 has changed a lot of things, but throughout this crisis, Indivisible’s staff hasn’t slowed down. While we moved our computers from our offices to our homes and developed new paid leave options for parents and caregivers, we also kept moving forward on building this movement. We’ve worked with groups nationwide to build momentum and win in key primary races, built out plans to take back the Senate and the White House, and much more.

Local Indivisible Groups haven’t slowed down either. We’ve been so inspired and motivated by the community spirit that Indivisibles and groups nationwide have shown one another. Whether they’re bringing groceries to vulnerable community members, organizing virtual events, or texting and calling in support of progressive candidates across the country, our movement is responding to this pandemic with compassion and spirit. And we’re doing everything in our power to support them, with tools, trainings, resources, and more.

And we’re still launching new projects! Our election work is getting a huge kick-off next week with our Windivisible Week of Action, when we’ll launch our one-stop shop for the general election and our latest Joe Biden video. We’re also pushing new ads and voter contact campaigns as part of the Payback Project to take back the Senate, and we’re maximizing Indivisibles’ engagement so our movement can have the biggest impact possible this election year.

But none of that work comes easy. Between the transitions we’ve had to make to digital tools, the ramped-up ad spending, the calling and texting tools, and everything else, we can’t do this work for free.
