I grew up in District C. I went to Poe, Lanier, and Lamar. I lived through our tropical storms and hurricanes. I’ve watched our neighborhoods deal with flooding, congestion, and public safety challenges year after year. But I also know what's possible when we stand together.
After January 6th, I joined the U.S. Army. In 2023, I served in Poland as a tank platoon leader with the NATO Battle Group on the Russian border, commanding four tanks and 20 Soldiers alongside our allies. When my active duty service ended, I came home to Houston with a renewed commitment to public service.
