Dear Friends,

As we reflect on 2025, we are grateful for the incredible momentum God has allowed CTV to build across Michigan for your voice and your values.

This year was marked by growth, deeper relationships, and a sharpened focus on equipping citizens, clergy, and leaders to engage effectively in civic life.

Here’s a snapshot of our impact in 2025:

How We Have Stood for You

Training & Leadership Development

CTV co-hosted multiple civic and leadership trainings, including:

• CTV Political Leadership Campaign School with the Leadership Institute
• Three “Go Local” good governance trainings across Macomb, Kent, and Kalamazoo counties with Salt & Light Global.

Events & Coalition Building

We hosted or participated in more than 23 events statewide, including

• clergy roundtables, prayer gatherings, and conferences
• grassroots advocacy events
• and political forums

These gatherings built meaningful in-roads with pastors, activists, and elected leaders throughout Michigan.

Education Advocacy - The Defining Issue

Education/Parental Rights emerged as the defining issue of the year.

When the Michigan Department of Education attempted to advance alarming new health and sex ed curriculum standards through the State Board of Education, CTV stepped in to help "ring the bell" and convene:

• pastors and parents
• legislators and policy advisors
• conservative school board members
• and partner organizations

CTV coordinated with other partners and conducted multiple strategy calls with parents and activists, mobilized hundreds of citizens to attend/testify at State Board meetings, provided handouts and social graphics, and helped generate nearly 1,000 public comments opposing the proposal.

These efforts positioned CTV as a central convening voice on education policy. This role will be even more critical heading into 2026. (Sign up here to stay in the loop on this important topic.)

We have been privileged to serve you since 1989 and we are not going anywhere. We are the longest serving multi-issue group that focuses primarily on the social conservative values in Michigan.

What We Have Planned for 2026

The 2026 election year is critical. We will be ENGAGED in every way. Will you say YES to being part of our team for 2026? We need you!

Our focus remains— we promote Responsible Christian citizenship because it makes a difference in the public arena. 

We will be ramping up our Pews to the Polls program to mobilize churches across Michigan which will include:

• hiring field coordinators throughout the state to build relationships with Churches
• organizing voter registrations and engaging with our Clergy
• endorsing candidates who reflect our Judeo-Christian values
• printing and distributing non-partisan voter guides
• equipping citizens for precinct delegate work
• connecting citizens for unified church engagement work 
• and energizing get-out-the-vote efforts across Michigan.

Our collective efforts with you will help will determine the direction of Michigan in this next election.
