Don't let more wolves die – tell the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife

Take Action
[[link removed]]Defender,
More wolves have been sentenced to death in Washington – we need your help to
break the cycle!
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) has approved lethal
removal of wolves in two separate packs in the Kettle Range following livestock
depredations in the area.
These conflicts and killing of wolves were preventable. After years of conflict
between wolves and livestock, WDFW still has no protocol to ensure that
acceptable nonlethal methods were used. The price of their failure is measured
in dead wolves.
Don't let more wolves die – tell WDFW to end these needless conflicts!

The cruel killing of wolves isn’t working as a deterrent. Even after eliminating
wolves from the area, new packs find their way back to these forests. This prime
habitat will continue to attract wolves – and unless WDFW changes course, wolf
killings will continue.
Entire packs have already been wiped out.
Take action to save wolves: Prevent wolf-livestock conflict and put an end to
the repeated killing of wolves!

We’re calling on WDFW to implement solutions that protect wolves while
minimizing wolf-livestock conflicts, and to end the cycle of ineffective and
brutal killing of wolves.
Gunning down wolves year after year is not the answer. With your help, wolves
can return safely to their historic range, where they belong.
STOP SENSELESS WOLF KILLINGS

We will never give up fighting for the wildlife you love. Thanks for being part
of it.
