[1]Talarico for Texas
Happy holidays, John!
I wanted to update you on some of the work that our volunteers have been
doing to serve our neighbors.
In November, our volunteers organized food bank volunteer shifts in 11
cities across the state to support communities navigating Republicans’
SNAP cuts during the recent government shutdown.
And this month, we continued showing up and loving our neighbors by
helping to organize toy drives across Texas — collecting over 2,000 toys
for children in need as we head into the holidays. Take a look:

This campaign is about more than politics. We are building a movement
dedicated to loving our neighbors — not just in word, but in action.
Yes, we’re doing phone banks. Yes, we’re starting block walks. Yes, we’re
doing the things volunteers traditionally do on a political campaign.
But we’re also doing more than that — showing up for our neighbors who
need us the most. With more than 10,000 volunteers, there’s no limit to
what we can do for our communities.
We are showing what it looks like to lead with love and meet people where
they are.
With love and blessings to you and yours,
James Talarico
