We're kicking off the summer holidays with a special day of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy!

On*Monday 27 July from 10am to 3.30pm*we're taking over ourFacebook [ [link removed] ]page with a great line up for you to enjoy - from storytelling to illustrating to music!

Get your pencils out and join writer and illustrator "*Chris White*" for a silly, snappy Summer Reading session!

Enjoy a special "*Storytime with Stacey* "as he reads "Show and Tell" by Rob Biddulph. Learn why biggest isnt always best and then create your own crazy creature.

Storyteller "*Nicky Rafferty*" tells a charming story about a King and how he uses stories to become a better ruler. Why not then gather some stories from your family and try out retelling them yourself.

"*Councillor Trimble*" launches the Online Library summer activities programme and reads Katie Morag and the Big Boy Cousins by Mairi Hedderwick.

Watch this exclusive interactive performance from "*John Kirk* "live as he retells Roald Dahls classic story - The Twits! Catch it live as it's only showing once!

Join "*Johnny from the band Johnny and the Raindrops*" for some body-moving, heart-warming, brain-expanding live music.
