Today will mean different things to different people.
For many, it will be a special day with family.
For others, it can be really difficult.
And for some, it will feel just like any other day.

However you are spending today, we can be united in recognising that our country has so much potential. We could do so much more if politics were not so often shaped by vested interests, and if powerful corporations were not allowed to damage our environment, our communities, and our democracy.

It's been a year where hate and division have felt louder, the world has seemed in turmoil, and the climate crisis has continued to rage.

But it's also been a year where the Green Party has stepped up. Record polling. Extraordinary growth. A movement rooted in community, standing for people and planet.

To everyone who has taken action, become a member, donated, or supported us in any way this year, thank you.

Today is not a day for asks. Just a moment to send warmth, and to say that your kindness and determination matter more than ever.
