TELL CONGRESS: Pam Bondi violated the law by only releasing some of the Epstein files, many with heavy redactions. Reps. Khanna and Massie are pushing for accountability to secure release of more documents and fight for survivors. Sign the petition: Hold Pam Bondi in contempt for failing to release the Epstein files!

Pam Bondi and Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) are still trying to hide what’s in the Epstein files. But now, Bondi’s obstruction is a violation of the law, and Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie are launching an effort to hold her accountable and secure release of the full files.

Just over a month ago, Congress passed a landmark law that required the DOJ to release all unclassified Epstein records in their possession by last Friday. The DOJ failed to do that and many of the documents that they did release were heavily redacted. Rep. Massie said that the DOJ is “flouting the spirit and the letter of the law.” 1

Reps. Khanna and Massie led the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and they are not backing down from the fight for accountability and justice for survivors. All of Congress must join their effort to hold Pam Bondi accountable. 2

Sign the petition: Urge lawmakers to hold Pam Bondi in “inherent contempt” for her failure to release the Epstein files.

Jeffrey Epstein ran a sex trafficking network that preyed on and abused women, including minors, and served some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world. Congress ordered the complete release of the Epstein files, but because of the continued DOJ coverup led by Pam Bondi, the survivors of Epstein’s crimes are still demanding answers and accountability. Rep. Massie said, “I won’t be satisfied until the survivors are satisfied.” 3

Rep. Khanna added, “Any Justice Department official who has obstructed justice could face prosecution in this administration or a future administration.” 4

Trump, Bondi, and Speaker Mike Johnson have spent months trying to hide the truth from the public. Earlier this year, the Trump administration directed FBI officials to redact his name from the Epstein files.5 They are afraid of what the files will reveal about Trump and other powerful people. Congress must keep pressing for the full release of the files.

Sign the petition: Tell Congress to hold Bondi accountable, and to demand the full release of the Epstein files!

Thanks for taking action,
