Dear John,

As Christmas draws near and families gather across the country, we wanted to pause and wish you a very Merry Christmas from all of us at Family Research Council here in Washington, D.C.

This sacred season invites us to slow down, open God's Word, and remember the true reason for our celebration--the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who came to bring light into a dark and broken world.

Below is a reading of the Christmas story from Luke 2, retold by FRC leaders and some of our allies on Capitol Hill who, in their own lives and callings, are seeking to honor Christ and uphold truth in the public square.

As you watch, our prayer is that you are encouraged, not only by the timeless beauty and truth of Scripture, but by the reminder that God is still at work: raising up men and women who are committed to faith, family, and freedom, even in the heart of our nation's capital.

Because of partners like you, Family Research Council is able to remain a faithful witness in Washington--building trusted relationships, engaging lawmakers, and advancing policies that reflect God's truth and bless generations to come. Your prayers and support make this work possible, and we are deeply thankful to stand alongside you.

May the peace and joy of Christ fill your heart and home this Christmas season.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,

Family Research Council
