Because of your commitment, 2024 was a year of monumental breakthroughs. Together, we did not just hope for change—we demanded it. And we won.

Thanks to you:

✨Congress passed the TAKE IT DOWN Act, finally making it a federal crime to upload sexual images of someone without their consent. It also requires tech companies to remove such images within 48 hours of receiving notice.

✨The Supreme Court upheld Texas’s law requiring age verification on pornography websites. This sets a nationwide standard that pornography sites can and should employ robust age verification to protect children. 

✨Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, mandating the full release of all government documents related to Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking network. After five administrations of inaction, survivor voices have finally been heard!

✨Our Twitter lawsuit overcame Section 230 immunity and was allowed to proceed, making it the first federal lawsuit in history to proceed against a social media company for its failure to report CSAM.
