 Hey – this is Buddy Carter. As a small-town guy from South Georgia, I’ve watched a lot of sunrises out on the water, scouting for trout and bass. Whether I reel in dinner that day or am just left alone with my thoughts, there are no bad days spent fishing on the lake. You see, folks like John Ossoff – who are the caviar-not-catfish types – just don't get it. If they were ever caught dead fishing, it’d be a photo shoot in a camo hat for a TV commercial. He’s not one of us. Trust me - my lucky hat has real sweat stains from the hot Georgia sun! I’ve learned a thing or two from fishing that I think Democrats in Congress ought to learn right quick. Let me explain: FIRST → Psalm 37 rings pretty darn true when you’re waiting for a bite: “Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act.” Determination and patience are non-negotiables out on the water. And we’ve waited 6 LONG YEARS to fire Jon Ossoff. Now our time has come. That’s why I just announced my campaign for Senate. SECOND → When there’s a bite on the line, REEL ‘ER IN! You never know when you’ll get another chance. This next election is our best shot at defeating Jon Ossoff and flipping the critical Senate seat in Georgia. After voting to allow men in girls’ sports and campaigning for Kamala, Ossoff’s reputation is in tatters. The only thing he’s got going for him is an army of liberal mega-donors bankrolling his campaign. Luckily, we can cancel all of that out if everyone pitches in a few bucks today. I didn’t make the decision to run for Senate lightly. I talked to my family. I prayed about it. And I thought long and hard before jumping in. I don't have all the answers right now, but I do know that with patience, perseverance, and God in our hearts, we can do anything. We need someone who really understands a hard day's work to take on Jon Ossoff – someone who fishes, goes to church, and stands with President Trump like they do. Most importantly, we need someone who can win. I believe I am the right man for the job.
