These messages are designed to deceive and steal information. What GOA will never do GOA will never: - Ask for passwords, PINs, or verification codes
- Request sensitive personal or banking information via text
- Pressure you with threats or urgent demands
What you should do If you receive one of these messages: - Do not click any links
- Do not reply
- Delete the message immediately
- If possible, report it as spam through your mobile carrier
