Dear friend,

Young people bring invaluable perspective and insight that amplify the impact of PACT’s work.

Through PACT’s Youth Council and internship opportunities, we engage youth as partners, empowering them to help shape our curricula to ensure that it remains relevant, authentic, and meaningful for their peers.

Your generosity makes it possible for PACT to reach young people who might otherwise be overlooked.

By giving today, you help equip children with the knowledge and support they need to stay safe and thrive.

Below, hear directly from a high school student about the importance of education and raising awareness about digital safety:

As a young person, I have witnessed firsthand the risks that online communities pose within our schools. Cyberbullying and digital extortion are far too common, damaging students’ well-being and straining their relationships. Many of my peers recognize the seriousness of this issue and are committed to creating meaningful change. A vital part of that effort is strengthening online-safety education in our schools.

Every dollar donated helps PACT protect more children through prevention, education and advocacy. Your help matters. Children matter.

With gratitude,
Julian Nacht

Don’t Wait to Give — Charitable Giving Tax Change

Beginning in 2026, if you itemize your taxes, you won’t be able to deduct the full amount of your charitable donations. A portion of your giving (0.5% of your adjusted gross income) will no longer count toward a tax deduction. Only donations above that amount will be deductible.

Why 2025 Is Important

Because this rule starts in 2026, 2025 is a key planning year to take advantage of deducting the full amount of your charitable donations. By making future donations in 2025 instead of spreading them out, you may be able to:
* Maximize your tax deduction
* Increase the after-tax impact of your giving
* Avoid losing part of your deduction under the new rule
