Congressman Greg Stanton here. My good friend and colleague, Congresswoman McBride, told me I could send you a message.
I’ve admired Sarah’s work for years. She's shown the country what it looks like when public service is rooted in community, compassion, and courage.
She’s the kind of public servant we need more of in Congress. And the type of leader I am proud to work with every day.
Sarah and I both know what it takes to win tough races. In fact, I represent a congressional district in Arizona that has more Republicans and more independents than Democrats. It also squarely resides in Maricopa County, the largest and most important battleground county in the United States. If Democrats don’t win seats like mine in Arizona, then we don’t win back the House majority. And President Trump gets another two years without any checks and balances.
We simply cannot let that happen. That’s why we need you.
Representing districts like mine is tough. But when I served two terms as mayor of Phoenix, I learned that these jobs are about the people you serve, not the points you score.
Like Sarah, I’ve spent my time in public office working across the aisle when it helps folks – and standing firm when our democracy, our freedoms, or our rights are on the line.
Right now, with Donald Trump back in the White House and a MAGA Congress acting like a rubber stamp, working families are getting squeezed while billionaires and big corporations cash in. It’s the same corrupt deal: the powerful win, everyone else pays.
Sarah and I are fighting back. Together, we’re pushing solutions to lower costs, protect health care, defend democracy, protect LGBTQ+ rights, and end corruption. But all of it is at risk if we’re replaced by MAGA extremists who put loyalty to one man ahead of loyalty to their constituents.
So I'm asking, humbly: if you’re able, will you chip in today to split a donation between our campaigns?
