This administration is leaving our nations’ veterans behind.

In Wisconsin and across the country, our veterans have sacrificed for generations to protect our freedom and democracy.

We owe it to our veterans to make their adjustment back to civilian life as seamless as possible, including providing accessible health care and support once they come back home.

We should all be able to agree on that.

But this administration has already cut nearly 30,000 employees from the Department of Veterans Affairs since taking office earlier this year. With their latest proposal, we could see as many as 35,000 more positions eliminated — including doctors, nurses, and other support staff our veterans rely on.

This is a slap in the face to every single member of our military, past or present. Tammy is fighting to protect the services our veterans rely on, but she can’t do it without your support. Can we count on you to pitch in today?
