PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: December 23, 2025, through February 23, 2026 |

The Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI), on behalf of the State Board of Land Commissioners (Board), has initiated the administrative review and analysis process related to a proposed land exchange. Specifically, the Wyoming Military Department has expressed interest in exchanging deeded parcels in Platte County for State Land parcels in Platte County. For a list of affected parcels considered in the exchange, please refer to the Detailed Analysis.
A Detailed Analysis of this exchange of real property has been completed. As of December 23, 2025, this analysis is available for public review in the link below, on OSLI's website, and at the OSLI office address provided below.

This notice initiates the required sixty (60) day public comment period. Written public comments may be submitted by mail to the OSLI contact below or by email to [email protected]. The public comment period will end on February 23, 2026.
Additionally, a public hearing will be held in Platte County to solicit additional public comment. The public hearing will be held:
