Hi John,

I’ve always found this to be a reflective time of year – a chance to slow down and take it all in.

Though this year brought unprecedented challenges – both personally and professionally – it also brought irreplaceable moments with the people I love most: taking my 94-year-old grandmother to appointments, caring for my mother after surgery, and spending quality time with my disabled brother after a move home to be closer to them all.

Looking back on those moments brings up a mix of feelings you might know well: the care, the strain, but most importantly, the love and the gratitude. It’s a balance that families across the country navigate every day. Through all the ups and downs, we continue to show up for each other – offering support, asking for help, and building networks of care.

As you look back on your year and the people who’ve shaped it, consider making a gift in honor of someone who’s shown you what care looks like. [[link removed]]

Every gift you make in someone’s name will directly power our work toward a more caring future. Your support allows us to:
* Bring new people into the care community
* Mobilize supporters when it matters most
* Help get resources into the hands of caregivers and care recipients across the country

Honor the person who embodies care in your life by investing in the future of care today.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to read this – and for all you do to grow this movement for care. Sending you joy and love.

With care,

Nicole Jorwic, Chief Program Officer
