Hey John, we’re going to be emailing you a bit more than usual over the next week or so, and we wanted to give you a heads up on why. It’s important, we swear!

Here’s the deal:

Sarah is running in what’s expected to be one of the most competitive – and expensive – congressional elections in the entire country next year.

And her opponent, Zach Nunn, has never been more vulnerable. That’s why Republicans are already spending on ads to prop up his campaign and it’s why outside groups are sending in canvassers to build up his name ID in the district.

Look, it’s no secret that Democrats are building the momentum we need to flip the House blue, but that also means Republicans are going to play every trick in the book to hold onto vulnerable seats like Zach Nunn’s. And with polling already showing Sarah Trone Garriott beating Nunn in the general election, she’s bound to be a top target for their early spending.

We need to raise as much as we possibly can so we can kick off 2026 with the ambitious strategy it will take to flip this seat blue. And we could really use your help to reach our fundraising target ahead of that.

We’re not asking because we like to, we’re asking because we have to. Sarah has won races in Republican districts before, but it has always come down to razor-thin margins that we were only able to accomplish with a highly-motivated grassroots team by our side.
