Hey y’all,

I’ve been thinking a lot about this past year — everything we were up against, and everything we managed to do anyway, all thanks to your support.

Republicans tried to steamroll us with extremist policies and power grabs, from racist, illegal maps to attacks on our schools and our basic rights. But Texas Democrats didn’t back down. We rolled up our sleeves.

We recruited candidates in every single House and Senate district. We trained new precinct chairs, kicked off major organizing pushes, and showed up in places the GOP thought we’d abandoned. They were wrong.

And when folks in DC start asking whether we’re serious about winning in Texas, here’s what I tell them:

We’re not waiting on permission. We’re not shrinking back. We’ve built a bench for every House seat, every Senate seat — and a grassroots machine ready to back them.

That didn’t happen by chance. It happened because of you. Because folks across this state knocked on doors, made calls, signed up to lead, and refused to let the state stay the same. Now we’re heading into 2026 with real momentum — and we’re not letting up.

Let’s roll, gang. 2026 is here, and we’re full of joy (and piss and vinegar).

And to anyone not on board with making life better for every single Texan…

We are the Texas Dems. We're protecting Texans from Republican extremists and their unending stream of misinformation statewide. Let's be clear, Texas Republicans have drawn district lines to choose the voters they want, and D.C. Republicans have poured tens of millions of dollars in dark money into Texas. We are on the front lines of pushing back against their influence with voters. 

Taking Texas back from extremist Republicans is going to take all of us. Will you chip in now to help us elect Democrats who will work hard to represent all Texans, and not just the wealthy few?
