Take a stand for the independent agencies and government watchdogs that protect consumers, workers, voters, and democratic government;
- Testify at the federal and state level, sharing insights on the need for strong privacy protections, appropriate AI guardrails and more;

Grow our AI Governance Lab into a leading public interest resource on the newest developments and considerations in responsible AI;
- Provide technical assistance to a wide range of state and local agencies on effective AI adoption, while helping foster important networks for best practices;

Survey tech users of all demographics to determine how they use technology and the safeguards they need and desire, advancing best practices on topics like age verification, combatting NCII, detecting unwanted content in livestreaming platforms, and content moderation in non-English languages;

Release headline-making research on the use of AI in schools, providing needed guidance for educators and families;
- Continue our leadership on how technology impacts workers’ rights, disability rights, and the rights of older Americans through dedicated projects and partnerships; and
- Gearing up for the midterms, launch new work on the impact of AI on elections, security gaps left by the cuts to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the gaps in regulation of political influencers on social media, and more.
