Dear John,
I hope this holiday season finds you healthy, happy, and surrounded by those you love. The Levin household has once again been buzzing with energy, and we have so much to be grateful for as 2025 draws to a close.
Jonathan, now in eighth grade, is thriving in middle school and in his favorite extracurriculars — basketball and baseball. His love of sports, teamwork, and competition continues to shine through every game. He’s also growing into a thoughtful young man — curious about the world and planning for the future.
Elizabeth, now in sixth grade, is flourishing as well. Her dedication to school, dance, and theater is inspiring — she continues to impress us with her focus, creativity, and grace. Having both kids at the same middle school has been a joy and a reminder of how quickly time flies. We’re savoring these years together and treasuring the moments that already feel fleeting.
This summer, we took an unforgettable family trip to Japan. The food was simply incredible — especially the sushi and ramen. We were also struck by how seamless and efficient the public transit was, making it easy to explore cities large and small. We came home inspired by the culture, hospitality, unity, and beauty of the country.
Chrissy continues to be the heart of our family — an amazing mom, an exceptional leader, and my best friend. This year, she transitioned to a new role at her company in the marketing department – expanding her experiences and providing new challenges. Even while juggling her own job with the kids and home, she always keeps me grounded and grateful.
As for me, I remain honored to serve as your representative in Congress. It hasn’t been an easy year. The new administration has brought many challenges, and sometimes the tone of our national politics feels darker than ever. But I believe deeply in finding common ground, in lowering the temperature, and in uniting rather than dividing. I’ll never stop working to protect what’s right, seek what’s possible, and deliver for the people I represent.
As this year comes to an end, we’re counting our blessings — health, hope, and the people we hold dear. Thank you for being part of our lives and for all the ways you support us, near and far.
Wishing you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season and a joyful, peaceful 2026.
With gratitude,
Mike Levin
