The GOP’s AmericaFest held in Phoenix over the weekend was not a celebration of America. It was FAR from it. It was an echo chamber for Republicans to parrot their extremist views and celebrate policies that hurt working families.

It’s a billionaire lovefest, a glitzy excuse for Republican leaders to brag about policies that raise profits for the already rich and appease Donald Trump while gutting the programs working families need. They pose for photo-ops and trade talking points, while behind the scenes they’re scheming to create budgets and laws that protect billionaires at the expense of everyday people.

That is exactly why American Bridge is dedicated to tracking Republican’s every move.

This matters because words at an annual four-day conference turn into votes and then into bills that take health care, strike at reproductive freedom, and strip away the supports families rely on.
