"Our president also shares our love of young, nubile girls": Letter reportedly penned by Epstein to fellow pedophile directly implicates Trump

It doesn't get much more damning than that. Among the latest documents begrudgingly released by the Justice Department is a letter allegedly sent from Jeffrey Epstein to fellow serial child rapist Larry Nassar, wherein he laments the fact that the two of them were languishing in prison while fellow pedophile Donald Trump lived life large in the White House. "As you know by now, I have taken the 'short route' home. Good luck! We shared one thing . . . our love & caring for young ladies at the hope they'd reach their full potential. Our president shares our love of young, nubile girls. When a young beauty walked by he loved to 'grab snatch,' whereas we ended up snatching grub in the mess halls of the system." Just absolutely disgusting, heinously evil words. The slow drip ends now. Congress must compel the DOJ to release ALL remaining Epstein files immediately.

VIDEO OF THE DAY: Attorney General Pam Bondi faces legal action over Epstein files violation

Brian Tyler Cohen spoke with Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia about imminent legal action Democrats — and a few Republicans — will take in Congress to hold Donald Trump's servile lackey Pam Bondi accountable for her utter contempt for the rule of law.

Bitter winter heaps new hardships on the women and girls of Gaza

UNFPA: A shaky ceasefire is in place, but 700,000 menstruating women and girls that live in the cramped displacement camps of Gaza are still facing desperate shortages of the most basic necessities — and a bitter winter looms. 10 million menstrual pads are needed every month, but less than a quarter of that is available to ease the indignity and discomfort of Gazan women. UNFPA is leading a drive to provide 2,500 Dignity Kits to women and girls in Gaza, making sure they have menstrual products, soap, toothbrushes, and clean clothing so they can live with dignity, even in the darkest of times. Each kit costs just $15 to produce – will you chip in to ease the suffering of some of the world’s most vulnerable women?

Trump announces new class of US battleships — named after himself, of course

America's vainglorious nincompoop-in-chief — who famously, repeatedly dodged military duty during the Vietnam War with um, a spurious case of bone spurs — made a big stink yesterday with the ridiculous announcement of his latest self-aggrandizing project: "Trump-class battleships." Navy Secretary John Phelan, reading from a script clearly written for an audience of one, said a forthcoming vessel dubbed the USS Defiant will be "the largest, deadliest, and most versatile and best-looking warship anywhere on the world’s oceans." The MAGA cult leader claimed he would be involved in overseeing the design of the new battleships "because I'm a very aesthetic person." Uh huh. Does this mean they'll be gold-plated? And will all the lip filler improve their buoyancy?

Take Action: Stop Trump from helping Wall Street prey on retirement funds!

Bari Weiss' reasons for trying to kill 60 Minutes CECOT story lambasted by CBS colleagues
MAGA apologist Bari Weiss was installed at the helm of CBS News precisely for moments like this, when spiking an unflattering story and muzzling professional reporters to protect and appease the fragile ego of Donald Trump would inevitably supercede all notions of journalistic integrity. Weiss' flimsy reasoning for abruptly yanking a "60 Minutes" segment on the atrocities being committed at the notorious CECOT prison in El Salvador were laid bare yesterday, causing an uproar in the CBS newsroom. Weiss claimed the story required more context and balance and was not broadcast-ready because CBS failed to robustly secure on-the-record responses from senior Trump officials. Correspondent Sharyn Alfonsi, who crafted the report, pushed back in a leaked email arguing that "government silence is a statement, not a VETO." Weiss wanted Alfonsi to intensify her efforts to obtain comment from the likes of Trump border czar Tom Homan and Homeland Security adviser Stephen Miller. Alfonsi noted, "Their refusal to be interviewed is a tactical maneuver designed to kill the story." Despite Weiss' best attempts to kill the story, the segment had already been distributed to partner outlets in Canada, where it was streamed and, therefore, made widely available online. Oops.

Democratic congresswoman on Kennedy Center board sues to challenge Trump's "illegal renaming"

Ohio Rep. Joyce Beatty, who previously dismissed White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt's absurd claim that the Kennedy Center board "unanimously" voted to add Trump's name to the performing arts center, announced yesterday that she is formally filing suit to halt the malignant narcissist-in-chief's illegal rebranding crusade. "Only Congress has the authority to rename the Kennedy Center," said Beatty in a press release. "President Trump and his cronies must not be allowed to trample federal law and bypass Congress to feed his ego. This entire process has been a complete disgrace to this cherished institution and the people it serves. These unlawful actions must be blocked before any further damage is done." Hear, hear.

Bill Clinton spokesperson urges DOJ to release all remaining Epstein files
In a surprise twist, the office of Bill Clinton has called Trump's bluff and demanded that he release ALL the Epstein files, including all pictures of the former president. "What the Department of Justice has released so far, and the manner in which it did so, makes one thing clear: someone or something is being protected. We do not know whom, what, or why. But we do know this: We need no such protection," said Clinton's spokesperson. A bold move for a man who has popped up an uncomfortable number of times in the infamous files, to be sure... but, it looks like the ball's in your court, Donald.

Trump complains about Epstein files distracting from his agenda as DOJ comes under fire over limited release
America's wannabe dictator insisting that the Epstein files are "distracting from his agenda" is a bit like blaming a smoke alarm for ruining dinner instead of addressing the five-alarm fire raging in the kitchen. Trump is beyond irritated that Americans actually want accountability in the Epstein debacle, and he's obviously keenly aware of just how implicated he is in the scandal that sure as shit ain't going away. Donald is learning the very hard way that you can't pal around with the world's most notorious, sex-trafficking pedophile for decades and come out unscathed.

Michigan MAGA Senate candidate Mike Rogers mocks Americans' affordability fears
Former MAGA Rep. Mike Rogers, the presumptive GOP nominee in next year's open Senate contest, mocked constituents grappling with the ongoing affordability crisis in the United States, and claimed that Donald Trump's tariffs are worth any financial hardship they might cause working Americans because mythical manufacturing jobs are apparently on the horizon. During a town hall in Metamora, Michigan, Rogers was caught on tape making fun of Michiganders for expressing concerns about affordability: "And when the Democrats start getting at us, oh my gosh, coffee went up. You know, horror," Rogers — whose net worth is reportedly between $12 and $17 million — joked. If we've said it once, we've said it a hundred times: the utter disdain wealthy MAGA Republicans have for the very people they pretend to want to serve is truly astounding.

US sees surge in violence against journalists under Trump, report says
Gee, wonder if Donald's incessant "enemy of the people" talk directed at journalists and reporters might be having a detrimental effect on the safety and well-being of members of the fourth estate? Couldn't possibly be a correlation, right?
