The White House just issued a statement signaling Trump’s intentions to veto The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) if it includes a provision to rename military bases bearing the names of Confederate generals.
Donald Trump is so hellbent on defending Confederate traitors who turned their backs on their oaths of service in the name of racism and hatred that he’s willing to hold our troops and national security hostage to do it.
If that is really a fight he wants to have, we will have it. We will remind people every single day that Donald Trump loves traitors and racists so much, that he’ll continue their work by sacrificing U.S. troops today in their honor.
Make a donation of any amount today to VoteVets to support the work we’re putting in to elect veterans to the Senate, keep Democrats’ hold on the House, and make sure Donald Trump is nothing but a one-term Commander-in-chief come this November.

You might as well tattoo “Traitors Before Troops” on Donald Trump’s forehead, because that’s what his veto threat says.
We need to do everything we can to elect a real leader for our servicemembers, veterans, and military families — one that understands and honors the dangers and sacrifice so many have made and are making to keep our country and futures safe.
Thanks for chipping in anything you can to help us do that.
