Folks --

Every day that Donald Trump is in office, the Affordable Care Act is at risk.

After he failed to repeal Obamacare, Trump has been doing everything he can to sabotage it. And he's actively trying to get the entire law struck down in court -- including protections for people with pre-existing conditions.

Under a President Biden, we won't have to worry about threats to this historic law. Especially not during a pandemic. Instead, we'll build on the ACA to reduce health care costs and make it clear that health care is a right, not a privilege.

But we can only ensure that every single American has access to the care they need if we defeat Donald Trump in November. That's why we're asking: can you chip in your first $5 to power this campaign today?

While the Trump administration keeps trying to rip health care away from millions, Joe Biden is focused on making quality, affordable health care available to every American.

He'll give Americans a new choice - a Medicare-like public option. He'll work to lower premiums and extend coverage to more working Americans. He'll expand coverage to low-income Americans. And more.

But right now under President Trump, we can't make any of that progress a reality. Instead, we have to spend each day hoping that the courts uphold Obamacare and trying to reduce the harm that Trump's sabotage is causing.

We can't afford to keep going on like this. Will you help power the movement to protect and expand on the Affordable Care Act? Anything you're able to contribute today will make a real difference.
