Saturday's General Meeting: #DefundAPD

Our next general meeting of the chapter will be held Saturday, June 25th at 4pm. It will be conducted online over Zoom! This Saturday, we'll be further discussing the recent protests and the movement to Defund APD. We'll also have reports on the different areas of work our many committees and working-groups are engaged with. Finally, we will debate and vote on a resolution regarding our code of conduct.

We also received another resolution submission, but the Executive Committee found the resolution to be improper and unanimously decided to not put it on the agenda in the interest of time. You can read more about the situation in the addendum attached to the meeting agenda.

Members in good standing will vote through an online form shared during the meeting.

You are a member in good standing if you have paid national dues within the last year. If you can't remember if you've paid dues lately, pay or renew your national dues today (and pay monthly dues so you don't forget again!) You must renew your dues 30 minutes before the meeting in order to vote, so renew them now and fill out this membership update form to let us know!
