Friends and neighbors,
Merry Christmas from our family to yours. As we celebrate this season, we remember the reason for Christmas: the birth of Jesus Christ. God stepped into human history in the most humble way imaginable, not in a palace, but in a manger. The angels proclaimed peace on earth, and the Light of the world arrived in Bethlehem for every one of us.
In a time when so many feel tired, divided, or uncertain about the future, Christmas reminds us that hope is alive. Hope has a name. Jesus came to save, to heal, and to restore. The same Savior who entered the world quietly, wrapped in swaddling cloths, still changes hearts and homes today. That is why we celebrate, and that is why this season matters.
This year has been full, and I am grateful for the privilege of serving you in the Minnesota Senate. I have spent time across our district listening to families, workers, small business owners, farmers, and seniors. I have heard your concerns about the cost of living, public safety, education, the direction of our state, and the need for honest and accountable government. Those conversations shape my work, and I will keep fighting for the principles that strengthen Minnesota: faith, family, freedom, and fiscal responsibility.
As you gather with loved ones, I encourage you to slow down and reflect on the gift of Christ. Read the Christmas story together in Luke 2. Pray for our communities, our nation, and for those who are struggling or alone this season. Look for a way to serve someone who needs hope, a meal, a kind word, or simply to be seen. The message of Christmas is not only that God is with us, but that His love compels us to love our neighbor.
From my office to your home, may the peace of Christ fill your heart and your household this Christmas. I am thankful for you, and I look forward to continuing to serve Senate District 6 in the year ahead.
Merry Christmas,
