This chart shows how much investors – particularly institutional investors – expect stocks to be correlated to each other.

The higher the correlation, the more stocks tend to move in tandem with each other.

But the lower the correlation, that means there’s a lot more volatility in individual stocks.

And right now, the biggest investors believe that – for the next 12 months – correlations between stock names will be some of the LOWEST on record.

In other words…

If you know how to target the right stocks…

You can do great while the market is doing good…

And do good while the market is doing bad.

It’s a stock picker’s market.

But there’s one critical implication most traders miss.
