Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on October 16, 2025 from the City of Cheyenne regarding the CK Gold Project in Laramie County. The City of Cheyenne requested $227,030.00 in additional funds for unmitigated impact assistance funds for a total of $953,220.00. The Industrial Siting Council authorized the additional funds at its fourth quarterly meeting on November 20, 2025.
Pursuant to Chapter 1, Section 15 of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Rules and Regulations, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 22-07 on October 25 and November 8, 2025. The Council issued the amendment on December 17, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
