Distribution of 2028 General Conference Delegates

The Rev. Aleze M. Fulbright, secretary of the General Conference, has announced how many delegates each annual conference can elect to the 2028 General Conference. The total delegate count is 708. The Missouri Conference delegate count has been reduced from 12 to eight (four laity, four clergy). The Commission on the General Conference offers resources for United Methodists considering seeking election as delegates, as well as information regarding delegate counts for each conference, at https://www.resourceumc.org/churchwide/general-conference-2028/delegate-resources.
