Friend, Remember when we said Trump’s tariff plan was stupid and that it would make everything more expensive for Americans? We were right.
You know it’s bad when one of the only newspapers to endorse Trump a year ago puts out a headline like this. Prices are higher right now because of one person: Donald Trump. Also known as the orange moron who ran on a platform of bringing prices down “on day one.” Here we are on day 336 and prices are the highest they’ve been in years. Americans focus their votes on the state of the economy more than any other issue. Donald Trump is failing on this issue and he has a critical election cycle coming up in less than a year. Our goal between now and November is to get the word out that Trump is bad for the economy, and that starts with telling voters why they paid 26% more for Christmas presents than they did just a year ago.
