Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on October 20, 2025 from Enbridge, Inc. (Permittee) regarding the Cowboy Solar I and II Project in Laramie County. The Permittee requested a change to Special Condition #25 of the above captioned permit. The Industrial Siting Council authorized the requested amendment at its fourth quarterly meeting on November 20, 2025.
Pursuant to Chapter 1, Section 15 of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Rules and Regulations, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 23-03 on October 28 and November 8, 2025. The Council issued the amendment on December 17, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
