John, If you've been staying updated on Donald Trump's fight to defend the Republican majority through congressional redistricting battles, you'll know that Texas—the state that jumped on the chance to silence American voices—just got their new maps approved to use in 2026.

After a Trump-appointed lower court judge struck down the racially gerrymandered maps, MAGA Supreme Court Justices Alito, Thomas and the others used the shadow docket to strip millions of minority voters of fair representation while denying the litigants the chance for an honest and fulsome appeal.

These kinds of orders allow Supreme Court Justice to make critical decisions that have widespread consequences with no explanation required.

John, I have always worked to make our judicial system fully accountable to the American people, which is why I'm proud to announce that I just co-sponsored a bill in Congress to require full transparency for shadow docket decisions.

But, for it to have a chance at passing so that we can hold the Supreme Court and this President accountable, we must flip the majority in the House.

We have to turn out Georgia voters all throughout next year to win new seats and defend ones like mine, which is why I'm reaching out.
