Pioneered new science through research in genetic therapies, committing up to nearly $40 million in biotech research, including funding for early-stage precision technologies.

Continued to support the advancement of promising next-generation combination therapies, building on the FDA approval of Alyftrek, the first once-daily CFTR modulator.

Funded our national network of accredited CF care centers, which offer the gold standard in CF care, while continuing to evolve care to best meet the needs of a changing CF population.

Supported the largest CF clinical trial network in the world, which is conducting more than 40 CF-related, multi-center clinical trials, exploring everything from new modulators and phage therapy to gene therapy and mRNA-based treatments.

Announced the investment of up to $3 million in biotech companies to improve detection of tough infections such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a leading cause of lung infection.

Published a newborn screening guideline with formal recommendations to help achieve better outcomes for every baby born with CF.

Served as a leading voice in advocating to protect the NIH and FDA and preserve Medicaid coverage, all integral to research and care for people with CF.

Celebrated 10 years of Community Voice, in addition to incorporating insights from more than 2,000 surveyed community members to guide our research, care, and program decisions for the future.

Developed our next Five-Year Strategic Plan, to be released in January — focusing Foundation resources on mission-critical priorities to best advance long-term progress for everyone living with CF.

Raised nearly $100 million to fuel our mission and exceeded $230 million for the Milestones III Campaign toward our new stretch goal of $250 million. We are counting on you to help us sustain momentum!
