  • GovTrack updated its analysis of the candidates with the highest percentage of missed votes in the Senate since the beginning of the year. Cory Booker had the highest percentage at 47 percent. Three other candidates had more than 40 percent missed votes: Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, and Kirsten Gillibrand.

  • Joe Biden released a new campaign ad in Iowa defending the Affordable Care Act. It is part of a six-figure ad campaign in the state.

  • Steve Bullock announced 13 new policy advisers, including several Obama administration alumni Monday. He also attended a fundraiser in Seattle.

  • Pete Buttigieg spoke at the Mexican Heritage Plaza in San Jose, California.

  • Julián Castro is campaigning in Nevada Monday through Wednesday with stops at afterschool and homeless programs and the Nevada AFL-CIO convention.

  • John Delaney spoke to The Hill about the economy, climate change, and his presidential campaign.

  • Amy Klobuchar ended a two-day visit to New Hampshire Monday, speaking at a house party in Bedford.

  • Beto O'Rourke is continuing to campaign in South Carolina with stops in Johns Island and Columbia.

  • Tim Ryan spoke at Paine College in Georgia Monday.

  • Sanders wrote an op-ed in the Columbia Journalism Review about journalism and democracy.

  • Tom Steyer discussed his presidential campaign and the early Democratic debates in an interview with San Francisco’s KRON.

  • Marianne Williamson will attend a reception in New York Tuesday.

  • Andrew Yang issued his $4.9 trillion climate change proposal which has five prongs: building a sustainable economy transitioned to renewable energy, investing in American innovation and technology to power the world, moving coastal communities to higher ground, using geoengineering to reverse the damage, and passing a constitutional amendment on environmental stewardship.
