The first step toward fighting for our democracy is truly believing that the power is with the people. It may seem like a small step, but it has a big impact.

Next year marks our opportunity to take that step together.

In 2026, Democrats have a chance to retake the House and Senate. If we are going to see a shift in our country, we must win back Congress.

The stakes have never been higher — for our rights and freedoms, our pocketbooks, and our entire nation.

Right now, the political environment we are in is making people feel on edge and alone. It is very disempowering to feel as though you do not have community.

But the DNC is doing so much of the important work of building that community in every corner of the country. And that’s exactly what we’ll have to do to win tough races next year.

As you read this, thousands of people are coming together to join the DNC and fight for our democracy. Now, they are counting on you to do the same.
