We wanted to take a moment to say thank you and share a brief update following an incredible week at AmericaFest 2025.

Pacific Justice Institute was honored to be part of this year’s event, connecting with thousands of attendees, engaging in meaningful conversations, and strengthening our partnership with Turning Point USA.

Throughout the week, our team had the opportunity to:
* Share PJI’s mission and current legal work with attendees from across the country
* Connect with students, families, and leaders who care deeply about faith, freedom, and constitutional rights
* Build momentum around future collaboration and outreach efforts
* Capture powerful moments and conversations that we’ll be sharing in short video clips soon

What stood out most was the shared commitment we saw, especially among the next generation, to stand firm for truth, liberty, and the principles that have shaped this nation.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Turning Point USA and are already looking forward to continuing that partnership in the year ahead, including plans to be back together again at AmericaFest next year.

Pacific Justice also continues to support Turning Point in legal matters. Earlier this month, Pacific Justice Institute sent a formal demand letter to Canyon del Oro High School in Arizona after school officials placed restrictions on a student-led Club America chapter affiliated with Turning Point USA, limiting discussion of conservative viewpoints. PJI’s letter raises serious constitutional concerns, citing potential violations of the First Amendment and the Equal Access Act, and calls on the school to immediately end viewpoint-based censorship of student speech.
